"Jess and Jason Cooper are the best realtors in NJ. We talked to a bunch of realtors before we decided to work with Jess and Jason. They cover the majority of the state and are so thorough with their searches. They would send me and my wife daily updates of houses hitting the market and made sure that everything they sent us matched our needs. As the market changed and got way more competitive, they were very patient with us and continued showing us house after house and put in numerous offers for us until we found the perfect house. We plan to use them again in the future and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house."

"Jessica did an amazing dual job representing both the seller and myself the buyer. This was our 3rd home purchase and it was honestly the best experience we’ve ever had. She is ethical and has excellent communication skills . It’s no easy task representing the seller and buyer while also keeping a level of integrity. She also goes above and beyond to ensure you have all the resources and tools you need to make the process easier and less time consuming . She always kept us informed all through out the process and even when she didn’t need to fill in for us she took the lead with phone calls, emails, inspections etc. A true liaison ..thank you for our fixer upper dream house you were lovely to work with ! "Jess was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first-time home buyer, I had no clue where to even start and she was there to hold my hand through every step of the way, making the process far less daunting than I thought it would be. She was available whenever I needed help and was willing to work around my crazy work schedule. She did not make me feel stupid for asking silly questions (and there were a lot of them) and instead answered everything very thoroughly making sure I fully understood everything that was going on. I cannot recommend her enough, especially to anyone going through this process for the first time and might be feeling a bit overwhelmed by it. She always answered quickly and if for some reason she was unavailable she would make sure her husband Jason could show us a house so we didn’t miss any opportunities.
